The first wedding cake I ever made. What can I say? Wedding cakes are hard work! Stressful from beginning right until the time when the cake is finally at the venue...then I can relax. Great experience though. Also now I know why wedding cakes are so expensive. Your cake decorator deserves every $ she quotes you.... from the conception of design..to the baking, to the decorating... . esp for the amount of time and work put into making a wedding cake. Ask me how I know.. .
I say this because I am not even sure I want to make wedding cakes ever again..hahahaha..
